The research group of geoLAB is involved in the master organized by Department of History, Archeology, Geography, Art and Entertainment, of University of Florence and coordinate by Margherita Azzari “Geographic information Systems for land management and monitoring”
The aim of the Master is to prepare specialists in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) able to address interdisciplinary issues related to monitoring, management and sustainable development of the territory, providing expertise in the technical-disciplinary field of new technologies and the necessary support to the knowledge, analysis and decision with particular regard to the protection and enhancement of environmental and cultural heritage.
